Australia has a rich multicultural history that spans for over 200 years. Many different ethnic cultures from all parts of Europe & Asia immigrated in the 50's through to the 70's. I am fourth generation Australian Born Chinese, my Great Grand Father first arrived in Australia in the spring of 1876. My father was a restaurateur as was his Uncle, their first Restaurant started back in 1952. I was fortunate enough to have been brought up in a kitchen environment. My mother was from Indonesia thus adding further dimensions to the food I experienced as a child. With these experiences & the best ingredients from Australia & New Zealand the food has a unique fusion of Asian & European Cultures with the best ingredients from Australia.
